Are you a graduate of a technical school or a young technician with an interest in hydraulics, mechanics, and international projects? Would you like to gain experience abroad and gradually develop into a Site Supervisor or Construction Manager?

We are looking for a Junior Site Technician to join our team. We will provide comprehensive training and prepare you for a career in the execution of international industrial technology and plant construction projects.

Office-Based Training Phase

Upon joining, you will participate in a comprehensive onboarding program during which you will:

  • Become familiar with our products, technologies, and work processes.

  • Learn to navigate technical and project documentation.

  • Support the team in project planning and preparation.

  • Gain an understanding of internal procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.

  • Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to work independently on international construction and installation projects.

Working on International Projects

After successfully completing your training, you will participate in projects around the world and be responsible for:

  • Providing technical and administrative support to site management.

  • Coordinating and monitoring installation and construction activities.

  • Assisting with work planning and task allocation.

  • Tracking and coordinating the delivery of materials and equipment.

  • Attending project and site coordination meetings.

  • Solving technical issues directly on-site during project execution.

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

  • Graduate or junior candidate with up to 2 years of professional experience.

  • Completed technical education (technical secondary school, HTL, BULME, or equivalent).

  • Preferred fields of study:

    • Hydraulics

    • Mechanics

    • Mechanical Engineering

    • Mechatronics

    • Industrial Technologies

  • Good command of German and English, both spoken and written.

  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation and drawings.

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and AutoCAD.

  • Valid category B driving license.

  • High level of motivation, flexibility, and a proactive approach to work.

  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, independence, and reliability.

  • Ability to take initiative, assert ideas confidently, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.

  • Willingness to travel extensively and work on projects worldwide.

  • Openness to working in an international environment and the ability to adapt to different cultures.
